Terms of service
These terms cover websites built by FirstSite Local (“we”) for your business (“you”).
Demos
Demo pages are free, private-link only and hidden from search engines. You are under no obligation to buy. Ask and we’ll remove a demo.
Website build — regional fixed price
The price and currency shown for your selected region are confirmed at checkout. Half the build fee is paid to start and half at launch. Two rounds of revisions are included. We aim to launch within 5 business days of receiving your deposit and your photos and text.
Priority delivery
Priority delivery is an optional, separately priced add-on. A 1–2 business-day target starts only after a slot, scope, deposit and required content are confirmed. Ask us to confirm availability before paying.
Care plan — regional monthly price
Covers hosting, hours updates and up to 20 minutes of small content edits per month. Unused editing time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns and larger work are quoted separately. It renews monthly until you cancel; email us to cancel and it stops at the end of the paid month. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
Your content and permission
By checking out you confirm you own or are authorized to act for the business, and that you have the rights to any photos, logos and text you give us. Your permission doesn’t cover photos taken by customers or reviews written by others; we use those only with their author’s written consent. We never write, edit or invent reviews.
Domain
You register and own your domain. We connect it to your site.
Ownership
Your content stays yours. If you leave, we’ll hand over your site’s text and images on request.
No guarantees
A website can help customers find you, but we can’t promise more calls, rankings or sales. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. While our checkout is in test mode, no real charges are made.
