Privacy policy

FirstSite Local builds websites for local businesses. This page explains what information we handle and why.

What we collect

• When you check out: your business name and email address, and the plan you chose. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• When you email us: whatever you choose to send, so we can reply.
• To find businesses: we use Google’s official Places API and keep only Google place IDs. We don’t scrape websites and we don’t store Google’s reviews or photos.
• Server logs: our host (Vercel) keeps standard request logs for security and debugging.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

To build and run your site, take payment, send receipts and service messages, and answer your questions. We don’t sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting), only as needed to provide the service, or when the law requires it.

Emails from us

Any marketing email we send identifies us, includes a postal address and has a working opt-out. We don’t send cold text messages.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to take down a demo page about your business, by writing to hello@builtbylokesh.dev. We keep payment records as long as tax law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date above.
